Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, the guest is obligated to compensate the lodging provider for any resulting damages. The following fees apply in the event of a cancellation: From the date of the booking confirmation through the 121st day before the start of the rental period, the guest will receive a full refund; from the 120th Through the 61st day before the start of the rental period, 20% of the total price is charged; from the 60th day through the 31st day before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total price is charged; from the 30th day through the 11th day before the start of the rental period, 75% of the total price is charged; from the 10th day through the 3rd day before the start of the rental, 85% of the total price is due; if cancellation occurs less than three days before the start of the rental, the full rental price is due. The date we receive your cancellation notice is what counts.
