✖ No pets allowed in the property – increased final cleaning charges will apply in the event of a breach (except for assistance dogs, subject to prior notification)
✖ No guests or overnight visitors who are not listed on your booking – 50 CHF per person per night for non-compliance
✖ Open fires prohibited



✔ Please report any damage or missing items to us immediately – the guest is liable for any damage caused by their own negligence
✔ Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy – if extra cleaning is required, the guest must pay the costs
✔ Please observe the quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am
✔ Please close all windows and doors when leaving the flat.
